• Use the site in any way that breaks applicable laws.

The site’s design, code, copy, and brand assets are owned by FMT Group unless stated otherwise. Work we deliver to clients is governed by the project agreement, and we build to hand ownership to you, in your name.

Anything on this site about our services, pricing, or offers is for general information. Promotions such as the founding-client discount are subject to availability and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Final scope and pricing are set out in your project agreement.

The site may link to third-party sites and tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.

The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation.

To the extent permitted by law, FMT Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our services are governed by the liability terms in your project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
