FMT Solutions is an AI-first software studio. We build the AI automations, custom management systems, and operational software that growing businesses should have had years ago — but never had the right team to build. Operating across Nepal, Canada, and the USA.
Our story
Started because we kept seeing the same problem.
Every business we worked with had the same bottlenecks: manual data entry, copy-pasted spreadsheets, approval chains run over WhatsApp, reporting that took days to produce. The technology to fix all of this existed. The teams to build it didn't.
FMT was founded to close that gap. We operate differently than a typical agency — we scope projects tightly, build with reusable architecture, and measure our work by whether your team actually uses what we deliver.
We're based between Kathmandu and Toronto — which is deliberately unusual. The engineering culture of the Himalayas brings resourcefulness and depth. The product culture of North America brings urgency and user-centricity. We need both.
